    Dr. Chang is a dedicated and experienced clinician, educator and researcher in nephrology. She is the co-director of the Center for Glomerular Diseases at UC Irvine where she leads several research projects and clinical trials in kidney diseases. Her expertise includes rare kidney diseases, glomerular diseases, onco-nephrology, women with kidney diseases, health literacy and disparity. molecular and genetic mechanisms of kidney diseases. She is currently a physician champion and designated IgAN specialist recognized by IgA Nephropathy Foundation. Dr. Chang currently serves on the peer support committee for the International Society of Glomerular Diseases (ISGD). She has spoken at national and international conferences for kidney diseases such as the American Society of Nephrology Annual Meetings (ASN Kidney Week).
